Swimming pool - 25m 4-lane swimming pool. A wide range of activities are available in the pool including parent and toddler sessions, swimming courses and aqua aerobics.
Learner pool - 5m in length and has a depth ranging from 0.4 to 0.8m. The perfect place for under 5’s to learn to swim or for your child’s birthday party.
Fitness suite - An extensive range of exercise equipment. Whether you want to tone, lose weight, build strength or increase stamina our highly qualified and dedicated staff are here to help.
Health suite - Following your workout, why not unwind in our relaxing Lifestyle health suite equipped with a sauna and steam room.
Squash courts - 3 Squash Courts available to book at 45 minute intervals.
Sports hall - A multi purpose sports hall which can cater for badminton, basket ball, five-a-side football, netball, volleyball and a variety of other sporting activities. The sports hall is also available for special events such as concerts, dances, exhibitions, dinners and conferences. It is licensed to accommodate up to 900 people.
Advanced Training Room - Equipped with TRX, battle ropes and a multitude of functional fitness based equipment. This addition to the fitness suite provision is perfect for members to use whenever they like or as part of the Bootcamp classes.
Dance studio - Come and try something new! Over 90 classes per week. Also available for private hire.
Lifestyle function room - An excellent venue for meetings, presentations, training courses, children’s parties and family gatherings such as christenings. A projector, screen and flip charts are also available at no extra cost.
Changing Facilities – Separate Male & Female changing rooms. Designated disabled/family changing room.
