How can I obtain a Leisure Card?

Pop along to your local leisure centre and our friendly teams will get you set up with a Leisure Card. This is one card that provides quick and easy access to facilities at your local leisure centre.

Help logging in to online bookings/App?

Your Login is your email address, if you haven’t got an email address registered please advise your local leisure centre or contact our Customer Service Team on 01443 863072 or email leisure@caerphilly.gov.uk to get it applied to your record.

How much is a Swim / Badminton / Squash / Group Exercise Class?

Swim Session - £3.60 (Adult) / £2.70 (Concession)
Family Swim Ticket - £8.70 (2 adults 2 children)
Family Swim Ticket (Newbridge Pool - £10 (2 adults 2 children)
Badminton Court - £6.60 (Adult) / £5.00 (Concession)
Squash Court - £6.60 (Adult) / £5.00 (Concession)
Group Exercise Class - £4.60 (Adult) / £3.60 (Concession)

How do I order a replacement Leisure Card?

If you have lost or damaged your Leisure Card you should let your local Leisure Centre know straight away to prevent anyone else from using it. A fee of £2 will be charged for replacing lost or damaged cards - you can pick up your replacement card at your local leisure centre.

How do I get my ‘free month’ using my loyalty points?

Once you have enough points you can redeem them against a free month on your Direct Debit – just email the Customer Service Team your details (full name, date of birth, full postal address) and we will apply the free month leisure@caerphilly.gov.uk

How do I set up a new membership?

You can set up your membership at your local leisure centre or over the phone by contacting the Customer Service Team – 01443 863072.  You will need your bank details and an initial payment will be taken to cover your use until your first Direct Debit deduction.

How do I cancel my Direct Debit?

You can cancel your Direct Debit by contacting your bank direct or by sending an email to the Customer Service Team - leisure@caerphilly.gov.uk. Please note that cancellation emails will be processed the next working day.
